NativeFour | Dilan Mistry

Dilan Mistry is a sophomore at Chapman University, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Leadership.

What is NativeFour?

In 2017, Dilan co-founded NativeFour, a creative agency based in Los Angeles, California with his business partner Brandon Ptasznik (Chapman '21). They primarily produce and package commercials, music videos, and other branded campaigns for corporate clients, various brands, and artists in the music industry. However, their motivation and drive extends much further than just creating compelling branded campaigns. For Dilan, Brandon, their employees, and contractors, NativeFour is a platform for them to not only showcase their talent, but to also create meaningful content with the end goal to shape the future. Everyday they reflect on their headlining values: create, inspire, disrupt -- each a powerful word of itself that conveys their inspiration to make an impact across the globe. Although they are still a distance away from creating global change, they are incredibly grateful for the experiences they've had thus far, but most importantly the many influential and talented friends that they have met along the ride. To those at NativeFour, their relationships are everything - business related or not.

Some of their most recent highlighted projects include campaigns for Guayaki Yerba Mate and AutoGravity, as well as multiple music videos. In addition, they have many current projects in the works, each more ambitious than the last. Premiering in November, they have a campaign launching with Guayaki Yerba Mate where they are working with 20 filmmakers from across the country. Lastly, it is important to note that NativeFour's recent successes are a collective team effort. Dilan cannot thank his fellow creatives enough for the late nights, exhausting days, and concurrent hustle. In addition, Dilan and Brandon want to thank their mentors at MGX Creative and Huffman Creative, who have given them opportunities to work with brands such as Marshmello, 2 Chainz, and FUJIFILM.

"We don't do it for the money. We do it because we love making movies with our best friends. We're only lucky that our greatest passion is turning into a career for us. A Gandhi once said, 'The futures comes soon enough.'"
